Electronic Resource Maintenance

We're updating access to our electronic resources this week, and some of them may ask you for a password even while you're on-campus. If this happens, just log in using the URLs and passwords for remote access (ask a librarian or call the library at 617-582-4466 for help). Automatic on-campus access should return by 4:30pm today, February 2nd, 2009 (Happy Groundhog's Day)!

The library’s Getty Images stock image database has been down this morning, but the service is expected to be up and running by this afternoon (Thursday October 30, 2008). A final notice will be posted here when we’re back online!

As the Art Institutes renegotiate their contract with Getty Images, the service will be temporarily unavailable. We expect it to be back within a few days, if not sooner. (As we get updates, we'll post them here immediately.) We apologize for the inconvenience...
New MLA citation guide coming soon

The NEiA Library will soon have several copies of the Concise Wadsworth Handbook, the new NEiA-approved MLA style citation guide. We think you'll find this handbook helpful in creating bibliographies and in-text citations. Ask a librarian if you have any questions!
