With E-Library you can search for current and archived information in more than 2,000 full-text newspaper and magazine/journal articles, reference books, and TV/radio transcripts - plus thousands of maps, photographs, and audio/video content. This resource is great for searching for general information across all kinds of media.

General Search

Type in a word or phrase and click "Search."

To refine your search

• Select what type of medium you would like to search:
• Newspapers
• Magazines
• Books
• Maps
• Pictures
• Audio/Video
• TV/Radio Transcripts
• To search for all information, new or old, select the 'all' option. The default search covers only the most recent information ('recent' option)

Advanced Search

• Using the General Search, select more options to refine your search
• Emphasis (Business, Health, Peer Reviewed, or Spanish)
• Date Range
• Document Title
• Reading Level
• Publication
• Author's Name

Browse/Search by Topics

• Click the Topics tab
• Type in a topic word or phrase and click "Search"
• Or browse through the Topic Tree to find information on your subject/topic

Browse/Search by Reference

• Click the Reference tab
• Type in a word or phrase you would like to look up and click "Search"
• This section provides access to dictionaries, thesauri, encyclopedias, almanacs, atlases, and more
